The Final Stand's Call of Duty 4 team is pleased to announce that it has reached the Cyber Sports League playoffs. The Cyber Sports League is one of the premier leagues, playing host to some of the best teams and players in Call of Duty 4. The Final Stand has faced some serious competition during the regular season, despite the tough conditions TFS managed a 5-2 record allowing them to enter the CSL playoffs. The first two matches faced, resulted in decisive victories for TFS. This all changed in the third match where TFS was pitted against one of the top North American teams; New Era, who were able to easily defeat TFS with a final score of 16-8. Emotions ran high during the fourth match, in which TFS was able to pull off an overtime victory against Smokin' Lethal Warriors. TFS's good fortunes came to an end in their fifth match, where they were forced to play a man down, giving MainLine an easy 16-5 victory. The sixth match was won by default as TFS's opponent failed to show up. The final regular season round saw the return of Smokin' Lethal Warriors, although this time TFS had improved in skill and tactics, allowing them to achieve a convincing victory against SLW. For the first round of the CSL playoffs, The Final Stand can expect an interesting match against FiveStar.
